Dragon Beta Quickly Addresses Customer Feedback with 1.0.1 Update

First of all, thanks to all of our early beta customers on Android for trying the new Dragon Mobile Assistant app, and for sending us your feedback on the experience.  We have been hard at work since the launch identifying performance improvements, bug fixes and important new functionality to add.  Today we wanted to let you know that we recently released an update, version 1.0.1, to the Google Play Store.

This update includes:

* Improved contact and command recognition
* Resolved issues causing the app to crash or freeze when using certain features
* Support for Nexus 7 tablet
* Performance improvements and additional bug fixes

We are still in beta, but thanks to your comments and suggestions we think we have made major strides with this update.  Thank you!

      Dragon is working on Gingerbread support, we do have plans to add it when we come out of beta.

      Because of our dependency on content partners, we’re only available in USA. We’re looking to expand to other countries in the future.

    I need this app to do one thing that Vlingo did. That is read text that I miss herring,a way to view & replay them.

      Currently Dragon is able to read out texts as they come in when you have Driver Mode enabled. Thank you for feedback regarding additional Dragon text read features. We will take it into consideration for future updates.

    When will Dragon be able to read our email back to us (current Vlingo user)?

      Hi David! As we integrated the Vlingo and Dragon Go! technologies some features were not able to be carried over in our initial releases. However, we will continue to add new features to Dragon that makes being hands free easy and convenient. We always appreciate hearing customer feedback about their most desired features and will keep your comment in mind as we update the app. Please check back with us soon for new feature information!
